It's expensive having a baby
We are very blessed to have very good insurance. Hospitals and Doctors charge a lot and if you don't have any insurance, it will set you back a few pennies. One day, we will show the kids the bill and hopefully, we can compare the bill to when they have kids. I'm sure it will be much more expensive in 25 years.

Yeah but they are more expensive after they leav the hospital.
Not if you keep having boys, you'll already have everything you need, e.g. clothes, toys, etc. And you being a fellow Tran, it's probably impossible for you to have a girl. Trust me, I know.
