Dallas Zoo

This was Jake's first trip to the Dallas zoo. We arrived early before the crowd showed up - 75 and partly cloudy. Just 2 weeks ago, we had ice/snow - crazy Texas weather. The zoo was a lot better than expected. We got up and close to the giraffes. They are beautiful animals. It makes you want to take a safari trip in Africa. We got suckered in spending $5 for 4 leafs of lettuce to feed them - it is for a good cause, I guess.

He's a little camera shy today.

Jake turned 2!

Our Valentine boy turned 2. He had two parties, one in Dallas with our friends and one in Houston with family.
He got tons of toys and he loved every single one. I guess you can never have too many.
It took him a while to blow out the candles but he eventually did.

Vacuums

After a bath, he like to run around and play. Crazy boy!

He has found a new toy - my phone :(
